As we round out the month of May, we’re thrilled to share that Belleville Market sales are currently up 33% as of this writing compared to May of last year—making this one of our strongest non-holiday months on record...and that's without accounting for our final Saturday of the month. With more shoppers walking through the doors and lingering longer in the space, we’re continuing to see healthy, steady growth in both foot traffic and overall engagement.

That said, we know results don’t always look the same across the board. Some product categories, like general home décor and gifting, have shown consistent gains, while others—particularly traditional antiques—have experienced some softness, reflecting broader retail trends. And just as product categories fluctuate, so do individual merchant outcomes. There are a number of factors at play, including price point, merchandising, and visibility within the Market.
