Effective immediately, merchants will not have access to the backroom or loading dock—except to retrieve hangers—until after Wednesday, November 12th. We are currently staging fixtures and inventory for Christkindlmarkt, and with Christmas decor preparations underway, the area is too congested to allow safe maneuvering.

During this restricted access period, merchants may bring items into the store through the front entrance. However, please limit major restocks and load-ins/load-outs on Saturdays and Sundays, our two busiest days, so the Guest Services team can focus fully on providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

After Wednesday, November 12th, merchants may use the backroom and loading dock for quick load-ins and load-outs only. Please note: there is no parking in the back parking lot. Vehicles may stop in the lot only during active unloading or loading, with flashers on—no lingering or additional parking is permitted.
