Please note that the Belleville admin team — Heather, Warren, and Derrick — will be off-site beginning Sunday, January 11, and will return Wednesday, January 22.

While we’re away, we will continue to actively monitor the Merchant Support inbox. As always, all issues, requests, and general merchant communications should be initiated through the Merchant Support email so your merchant support team can respond in a timely and organized manner.

As a reminder, merchants should always direct questions, concerns, or problems through Merchant Support, and not to our Guest Experience team. While our Guest Experience Associates can assist with very limited, day-to-day needs, their primary responsibility is assisting customers on the sales floor.
