Introducing the 2026 Merchant Payout Schedule

As we look ahead to another year of growth and momentum at Belleville Market, we’re pleased to share the 2026 Merchant Payout Schedule—your full listing of sales periods and corresponding payout dates.

No Changes to Our Payout Schedule

Our payout structure remains exactly the same for 2026:
  1. Payouts occur every two weeks.
  2. All payouts are processed via ACH, following the standard processing timelines set by our payout processor.
  3. Sales reports will continue to follow the same reporting cycles you’re already familiar with.
If you’ve been with us throughout 2024 and 2025, you’ll notice no adjustments—just the same steady schedule and clear expectations to help you plan for a successful year ahead.

A Note on Offsets

As part of our standard payout procedures, please keep in mind that offsets may be incurred under the following circumstances:
  1. If a bank blocks or rejects an ACH payment,
  2. If account information is incorrect requiring a payment to be reprocessed,
  3. If multiple sales report copies are requested outside of the normal reporting cadence.
These offsets cover the administrative and processing fees passed along to us when additional payout attempts or manual reports are required.
