We've heard from a few merchants that they haven't received their Item Sold email from ConsignCloud. After speaking with ConsignCloud today, we were informed that their email service provider had an outage and emails were not sent over the weekend.

Systems are now operational! The problem has now been repaired and emails will be sent going forward.
