Merchant Portal Access Update - Action Required Before July 1
Beginning July 1, 2026, our Merchant Portal will become accessible by login only.
This change is being made to better organize communication and ensure merchants receive important updates, announcements, and resources directly through the portal.
To maintain access, please create your account before July 1 by following the steps below:

Community" in the upper right corner
3. In the right-hand column, click "Follow"
4. Select "Sign Up" under "New User"
5. Enter your name and the same email address you use for ConsignCloud
6. Click "Sign Up" to submit your request
Once submitted, we will approve your request within 1–2 business days.
After your account is approved, you’ll also receive email notifications whenever a new announcement is posted in the Merchant Portal.
