Reminder: Inventory Accuracy Matters

You may have heard us talking about non-working barcodes or inventory levels not matching what’s on the selling floor. We know inventory management isn’t always fun—but it’s important! Accurate inventory helps keep checkout smooth, ensures correct sales credit, and provides a great experience for every guest.

Beginning November 1, 2025, we will begin applying the $5 Inventory Services Fee for repeated operational issues after the third occurrence each month. Please know we understand mistakes happen and will continue to be fair—but we do need your help keeping things accurate.

This includes, but not limited to:
  1. missing barcodes or no barcodes at all
  2. sold out/negative inventory
  3. selling items that are not listed in ConsignCloud (manual sales)

If you've received a notice (or if you receive one in the future), please make your corrections or reach out with any questions. We'd truly rather get it fixed than charge a fee.
