Temporary ACH Payout Limit

We want to inform you of an important change regarding our payout process. It has come to our attention that the ACH/direct deposit payment processor used by ConsignCloud has recently lowered their outbound payout limit to $2,000 — without prior notice to us. Previously, we were able to request higher limits as needed; however, that option is no longer available.

As a result, effective immediately, any payouts exceeding $2,000 will need to be issued by check until further notice. We understand this is an inconvenience and want to assure you that we are actively working on securing an alternative ACH/direct deposit solution. We anticipate having a new system in place within the next 30 days.

If you are due a payout exceeding $2,000, a check will be prepared for you. You may choose to either have it mailed or pick it up at the front counter at your convenience. Please let us know your preference.
Please note: for payouts totaling $75 - $2000, you will continue receiving electronic checks/direct deposits as normal. Once a new payout processor is secured, all payouts will be transitioned over to the new service. We will give you notice prior to any future changes.
