As described in your Merchant Lease Agreement, all merchants are required to enroll in auto-pay.
Merchant agrees that all Minimum Rent, Adjusted Minimum Rent, and additional rent (collectively “Rent”) due under this Agreement shall be paid by automatic debits which Merchant agrees to enroll in upon execution of Agreement.
Belleville Market LLC does not charge an additional fee, including credit card fee, on rents and fees paid using auto-pay.
Rental payments are automatically deducted on the 1st day of each month. If the payment fails, the merchant will be notified automatically by email. The merchant will need to reattempt payment or choose a different card. Rent is considered late on the 4th day of the month. Late fees may apply.
Merchant Fees, including, but not limited to, late fees, special event fees, pop-up/tasting fees, etc, will be invoiced prior to being charged. Typically, invoices will be due within 5 days of the invoice date. By default, your card on file will be charged on the date due.
Terms & Conditions: By setting up AutoPay, you authorize Belleville Market LLC to automatically debit your bank account/debit card or charge your credit card, on a recurring basis no earlier than 2 days before your statement due date until you terminate your authorization. You authorize Belleville Market LLC to store your payment method for future payments by you and any verified users on the account. The amount of each monthly recurring payment will be the full monthly price reflected on your monthly statement, plus any additional services, fees and other charges applicable to your Belleville Market merchant account. If you find a billing error and notify Belleville Market LLC at least 4 days before your invoice is due, we will attempt to correct the error before the next recurring payment. Also, if you sign up for, cancel or make changes to AutoPay 2 days or less before the payment due date, the change may not take effect until the following payment cycle. Otherwise, we will automatically debit/charge the amount reflected on your monthly statement. After terminating your authorization, you will be responsible for scheduling payments for subsequent monthly charges. You also authorize Belleville Market LLC to credit your bank account/card in the appropriate amount for any refunds or other billing adjustments.
