Employee/Merchant Discount Program Information & Enrollment Form

Employee/Merchant Discount Program Information & Enrollment Form

Introducing, the Belleville Employee Merchant Discount Program.

Firstly, please note that this program is completely optional and Merchants have no obligation to participate.

With that, if you'd like to participate, here are the guidelines:
  1. Discount amount is 15%
  2. Discount would be on the Merchant's entire assortment, no exclusions
  3. Discount period will be on-going unless the Merchant opts out or would like to pause their enrollment - all in writing. If the Merchant opts out of the program, Merchant must give 15 day notice. Merchant may re-enroll at anytime.
  4. If Merchant plans to eave the Market, their enrollment will automatically end when notice is given.

Why 15%?

15% is the discount we automatically extend to all of our Guest Services Associates on Belleville Market  owned products. For the sake of administering this program as simply as possible, we're looking to keep the discount the same for all who participate.

Extend the discount to active Merchants, too!

When completling the enrollment form, merchants will also have the option to allow fellow merchants to take advantage of their discount as well.

Please remember, enrollment in this program is completely voluntary. We understand that this type of discount may not make sense for all merchants, and that's okay.
