Additional Fees

Outside of rent and commission, there may be occurrences where additional fees may be charged. Belleville Market will always be upfront about such charges. 


Here is a list of additional fees that may be charged with notice.

  1. Late Fee (Merchant Rental Payments): $50
  2. NSF Check Return Fee: $50
  3. Duplicate Check Print Fee: $5.00/per check
  4. Payout Resubmission: $5.00/per payout
  5. Inventory Services Fee: $5.00/per occurrence
  6. Cleaning Fee $40/per occurrence
