My payout should be in my account, but it’s not, what can I do?

If you've recently accepted an ACH/Direct Deposit payment and it is more than 3 business days past the date when you should have seen your funds, it may be due to an incorrectly entered bank account either on the sender side or when you accepted payment

If your payment has failed, you will receive an email alerting you of this with instructions as to what to do next.

If you don’t see the failed payment email, please email support@checkbook.io and they can look into your specific situation to investigate what caused your payment to get stuck and cause a delay.

If you've recently accepted an Instant payment and do not see the funds in your account, please email support@checkbook.io.
