Payouts with Direct Deposit vs. Digital Checks

Payouts with Direct Deposit vs. Digital Checks

With Checkbook, our current payout processing system, merchants are currently given two options to receive their bi-weekly payouts: direct deposits or a digital check. With that being said, we strongly recommend that merchants use the direct deposit feature.

All payouts are paid out to your brand name/business name by default. By utilizing the recommended direct deposit feature you'll face no issues depositing your payout with your banking institution - whether you use a business bank account or personal bank account.

If you must be paid out by using your personal name and not your brand/business name, we will gladly make this change upon your written request. Please note that with this change, all of your Belleville Market accounts will be listed as the name you'd like printed on the check (your name, for example) and no longer your brand name. With this change, your brand name in our system becomes your personal name. Going forward your price tags (if printed through ConsignCloud will list your personal name, additionally your listing on the Belleville Market website and all other marketing efforts will list your personal name rather than your brand/business name.
