Monthly rent is due the first day of each month. Unlike some other markets, Belleville Market does not deduct rent payments and fees (other than commissions) from sales payouts.
Merchants are required to signup for auto pay. We do not charge a fee for autopay.
On the 1st of each month all merchants will receive an invoice for the rent due.
Rent is considered late if not received by the 5th day of the month. A late fee of $50 may be assessed for rent being paid late.
