How to Export Sales Data in ConsignCloud

As a Belleville Market merchant, you automatically receive a sales report every time a payout is processed, showing the sales included in that payout. This report is sent directly to the email address we have on file for you.

Now, if you ever need a report re-run for a specific payout period or want to pull your sales data at any other time, you don’t have to wait—you can access and export the information yourself right in ConsignCloud. Having this data at your fingertips allows you to:
  1. Track what’s selling best
  2. Spot sales trends over time
  3. Plan restocks more effectively
  4. Keep your own records for bookkeeping or reporting
The steps below will show you how to filter and export your sales data quickly and easily.

Step 1: Log In

  1. Go to ConsignCloud and log in with your credentials. Be sure you're using the correct url to login to ConsignCloud.

Step 2: Navigate to Item Sales

  1. From the Dashboard, click on the MENU button.
  2. Select INVENTORY.
  3. Then click on ITEM SALES.

Step 3: Apply Filters


You’ll now add two filters to specify your sales data range.

➕ Add Filter #1:

  1. Click ADD FILTER.
  2. Set the following options:
    1. Account → SOLD
    2. Equals → is after
    3. Date → 07/27/2025 (example, first date of sales)
  3. Click ADD FILTER to apply it.

➕ Add Filter #2:

  1. Click ADD FILTER again.
  2. Set the following options:
    1. Account → SOLD
    2. Equals → is before
    3. Date → 08/11/2025 (example, last date of sales)
  3. Click ADD FILTER to apply the second filter.

Step 4: Export Your Data

Once both filters are applied:
  1. Select Export to download your filtered sales data as a CSV or Excel file.  Check the bottom of your screen for the following message:


You're Done!
You’ve successfully filtered and exported your sales data from ConsignCloud.
