How to Export Sales Data in ConsignCloud

As a Belleville Market merchant, you automatically receive a sales report every time a payout is processed, showing the sales included in that payout. This report is sent directly to the email address we have on file for you.

If you ever need a report re-run for a specific payout period or want to pull your sales data at any other time, you don’t have to wait—you can access and export the information yourself in ConsignCloud. Having this data at your fingertips allows you to:
  1. Track what’s selling best
  2. Spot sales trends over time
  3. Plan restocks more effectively
  4. Keep your own records for bookkeeping or reporting
The steps below will show you how to filter and export your sales data quickly and easily.

Step 1: Log In

  1. Go to ConsignCloud and log in with your credentials. 

Step 2: Navigate to Item Sales

  1. From the left navigation sidebare, click on "Reports"

Step 3: Apply Filters

  1. In the top right, click "Today" to adjust the date range. 
  2. You will see various options to choose from, or you can create your own custom range by clicking on the dates in the calendar view. 

Step 4: Print or Export Your Data

  1. Click on the printer to print the report, or export button to download it as a CSV file.
