ConsignCloud Introduction

Belleville Market has partnered with ConsignCloud and Shopify to manage point-of-sale operations, inventory tracking, and associated bookkeeping. This system allows you to efficiently view sold items, monitor your account balance, and manage your inventory all in one place.

Account Setup

During onboarding, each new merchant is invited to activate their ConsignCloud account.

1. First-Time Login

  1. You will receive an invitation via email to join ConsignCloud.
  2. Click the link within the invitation email to activate your account.
  3. Enter the email address we have on file for you and create a password.
  4. You will be asked to verify your email address by entering a unique one-time code sent to your email address. 
  5. Once the steps above are completed, you will be able to access your ConsignCloud account. 

2. Accessing Your Account After Initial Login

  1. Once set up, you can log in anytime at https://my.consigncloud.com/
  2. We recommend you bookmark the link for easy access going forward. 

What You Can Do in ConsignCloud

  1. Track sold items and inventory levels.
  2. View your merchant account balance and sales reports.
  3. Manage pricing, SKUs, and barcode entries.
  4. Generate and print approved price labels for your merchandise.
