Marketing Strategy

Belleville Market's marketing strategy is centered on unifying, clarifying, and maintaining the consistency of the overall brand message and identity. The goal is to effectively communicate the Belleville Market experience across all platforms to reach current shoppers, future shoppers, and potential merchants. Belleville Market also customizes marketing efforts to reach the intended audience and make decisions based on tracked metrics.

Belleville Market works hard to bring traffic to the store, increase brand awareness, and grow Belleville Market into a household name in the following ways:
  1. In-store events
  2. Social media marketing including Instagram and Facebook
  3. Search engine optimization
  4. Google and social media ads
  5. Email advertising
  6. Print advertising and mailers
  7. Press releases
  8. Television features
Belleville Market has budgeted money each month to put towards our marketing and advertising strategy.
  1. We will heavily promote all of our events on social media, primarily Facebook and Instagram.
  2. We will run ads almost continuously to promote our Facebook and Instagram page to increase our likes and followers, thereby increasing our audience.
  3. When appropriate, we will run ads in regional print and digital opportunities.
  4. Another significant part of our marketing strategy is our email list. We will continuously grow our list by asking for emails at check-out, a signup sheet at the register, door prize giveaways at events, through our website, and our future rewards program.
