Merchant Sales Payout Timing – ACH Transfers

At Belleville Market, merchant payouts are issued every other Wednesday via ACH transfer through our payment processor, CSG Forte. Here’s what to expect regarding the timing of your deposit:
  1. Standard ACH Processing Hold: CSG Forte applies a 4-business-day funding hold, which begins the day after the payout is processed. This hold is standard for ACH processing and ensures the funds clear through the banking system before being deposited into your account.
  1. Typical Timing: Under normal conditions (with no holidays), you can expect funds to arrive in your business account by the following Wednesday.
  1. Weekends and Holidays: ACH transfers are not processed on weekends or bank holidays. If a holiday falls during the processing window, the deposit may be delayed by one business day.
    1. Example: If a Monday is a bank holiday, you would likely receive funds on Thursday instead of Wednesday.
  1. Illustrative Example:
    1. Payout issued: Wednesday, June 4
    2. 4-business-day hold: June 5 (Thu), June 6 (Fri), June 9 (Mon), June 10 (Tue)
    3. Funds received: Wednesday, June 11
