Payout ACH Enrollment Form

To ensure you receive your sales payouts in a timely and secure manner, all payments are processed in-house via ACH direct deposit to your designated checking or savings account.

Please take a moment to complete our secure, encrypted ACH Enrollment Form to provide your banking information. This form, found below, must be submitted before your next payout is scheduled to be processed.

If at any time you need to update your account or payment details, you can do so by submitting a new Merchant Information Update Form.

Please note: all payouts are subject to a minimum threshold.
