Belleville Market offers merchants and select outside vendors opportunities to engage directly with guests through demonstrations, tastings, sampling events, and pop-up activations.

These spaces are designed to encourage product discovery, education, sampling, and guest interaction while enhancing the overall Belleville Market experience.
Taste of Belleville Tasting Desk
Available to food and beverage merchants and vendors for product demonstrations, tastings, and sampling events.
Rates
- Standard Rate: $75/day
- Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Not available during Premium Event Days
Active Taste Merchants
Merchants with an active presense in the Taste of Belleville department receive:
One complimentary non-premium tasting date per month
- $25 discount on additional tasting dates
Apothecary Demonstration Desk
Available for demonstrations, product education, sampling, and guest engagement related to beauty, wellness, bath & body, fragrance, home fragrance, and similar product categories.

- Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Not available during Premium Event Days
Eligible Merchants
Preference is given to merchants whose products align with the Apothecary department and guest experience.
Sales & Transactions
All merchandise sold during demonstrations, tastings, or pop-ups must be processed through the Belleville Market point-of-sale system.
Merchants may not process transactions through personal payment systems, third-party payment apps, or external sales channels during demonstrations conducted within Belleville Market.
Booking Guidelines
- Advance reservations are required.
- All bookings are subject to availability and approval by Belleville Market management.
- Premium Event Day restrictions may apply.
- Demonstrations and activations must align with Belleville Market's brand standards and guest experience expectations.
- Setup and breakdown must be included within the reserved time period.
- Participants are responsible for maintaining a clean, professional, and organized presentation area.
- All Belleville Market policies and merchant guidelines remain in effect during demonstrations and events.
