Salon de PARC & Belleville Market Event Space Guidelines + Fees

Belleville Market offers a variety of opportunities for pop-ups, tastings, and events in our Salon de PARC space and Taste of Belleville tasting cart area.

Below are the current rates, rules, and booking details.

1. Salon de PARC — Space Rentals, Private Events & Workshops

Perfect for intimate gatherings, workshops, small brand activations, and special moments.

Rates
    1. Non-Merchant: $50/hr
    2. Merchant: $25/hr
    3. Two-Hour Minimum required
    4. After-Hours Surcharge: $25/hr
    5. AV Add-On: $25
    6. Not Available on Premium Days (see below)

2. Salon de PARC — Pop-Up Table Fees

For brands and merchants looking to showcase products in the Salon.

Rates
    1. Standard Days: $75/day
    2. Premium Days: $100/day (Premium Event Days)
Includes: 1 standard Beer Hall table + 1 bench
Pop-Up Hours: 11 AM – 5 PM

Merchant Discount: $25 off non-premium days (with approval).
All merchant sales must go through the Belleville Market POS.

3. Taste of Belleville — Pop-Up Tasting Cart Rentals

Available to food & drink vendors/merchants only. Not available during premium event days.

Rates
    1. Standard: $75/day (11 AM – 5 PM)
    2. Not Available on Premium Days
Active Taste Merchant Discounts
    1. 1 complimentary non-premium tasting date per month
    2. $25/day discount off standard rate for additional tastings
    3. All sales must go through the Belleville Market POS

Booking Guidelines

  1. Advance Reservations Required — spaces may not be used without an approved reservation.
  2. All bookings are subject to availability and must be approved by the Belleville Market team.
  3. Premium Day rates apply to specific festivals and seasonal weekends (see above).
  4. Events must align with Belleville Market’s brand, community, and guest experience standards.
  5. Set-up and tear-down times must be factored into rental hours.
  6. After-hours events require prior approval and incur an after-hours surcharge.
  7. Vendors/Merchants are responsible for cleanup and returning the space to its original condition.
  8. All participants must follow Belleville Market rules and guidelines at all times.
