Booth Space Setup

Booth Space Setup

We want you to think of your space as your storefront!

Your space should reflect your own unique personality and style. For booth spaces, natural, painted wood, or attractively-constructed barriers between units are encouraged to enhance the overall booth appearance.

All construction plans must have prior written approval from Belleville Market management. All construction costs will be borne solely by the exhibiting dealers. Any construction must be sturdy and well-built. Please do not lean your structure (or any merchandise) against another Merchant’s shelves or furniture to reduce the risk of damages. Merchants may only paint stationary walls, columns, etc. within their space with the written permission of management. If painting, use only water-based paint and completely cover the surface with no bleed-through showing. Please use painters tape for straight lines. Please use a tarp to protect the floor. Merchant agrees to finish all areas of the barriers exposed into other merchants' rented areas. Once constructed, all stationary improvements become leasehold improvements of Belleville Market and may be removed only with written permission of Belleville Market management. All merchants must remain inside the assigned lines of their units unless granted a written exception by management. The aisles must remain completely clear. This will be strictly enforced. The primary entrance into your unit must be a minimum of 3 feet wide. Said entrance must access the booth from the main drive aisle. Walkways within the booth space must remain clear of obstruction. Merchants must allow ample room between shelving, furniture, and displayed merchandise for easy customer access.

When setting up your booth, please follow the general load in instructions as detailed later in the Merchant Guidelines.
